Use of the App

LumaBaby AI: Preemie Tracker, operated by Miratech LLC, is provided to help families organize and track information about their baby's NICU journey. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

No Medical Advice

This app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information shown in the app should not replace guidance from licensed healthcare professionals.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Share baby access codes only with trusted people.
• Enter data accurately to the best of your ability.
• Use the app in a way that does not harm the service or other users.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, or using the app for unlawful activity.

Account Deletion

You can initiate account deletion in the app from Settings & Support → Account Data → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your app account and app data from LumaBaby AI, but it does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Subscription management remains available from your Apple account. Limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumaBaby AI: Preemie Tracker is provided “as is” by Miratech LLC without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from app use.
